Form & Report Builder

This tool was designed to enable users to drag-and-drop form elements onto the canvas in the center of the page in order to build custom forms. These forms are primary used for web-based forms, but they can also be embedded into PDF documents. This tool was also extended to enable building web and pdf reports.
