StockLinkU is a real-time web-based global portfolio simulation platform that covers all major asset types (equities, mutual funds, options, futures, spots, bonds, forex) and is specifically designed to enable students to gain hands-on experience applying the concepts being taught in the classroom in a real-world setting using the same tools used by practitioners. The system is equipped with a comprehensive portfolio management system for students and a learning management system for instructors. The features developed for the system were built to address nearly all concepts relating to portfolio management, as well as many supplemental and complimentary concepts such as financial analysis and financial planning. The comprehensiveness and flexibility of the platform enables the system to be utilized to administer various types of hands-on projects and assignments. Users can also use the system outside of the classroom using pre-setup configurations.
